Contactless Level 2 Computer Repairs & Sales We are now back at COVID-19 Alert Level 2. This means I am still able to physically repair your devices, so if your Laptop or Desktop Computer needs repair or replacing, I can help with my usual prompt, professional service. I am following the government health and safety guidelines, and have implemented changes to ensure the safety of myself, customers, community, and families. All transactions will be done in a contactless manner. Operation under COVID-19 Alert Level 2 • Pickup and delivery of items will be contactless. You need to phone or email to arrange a time to drop off your device and then when it is ready, I can arrange a time for you to pick it up (only 1 person from your bubble - they must be free of COVID-19 symptoms). • Alternatively, you can arrange for CompuCare to pick up your device & deliver it back to you when it is finished (additional charges apply depending on location). • Full contact tracing information is required ie. name, address, phone numbers & email address as well as computer passwords and PIN’s. Download the REPAIR Form. • All devices (laptops & PC’s) will be sanitized and cleaned before starting your repair work and also prior to returning these to you. I will also follow recommended hand cleaning/sanitizing practices as well as regular cleaning/sanitizing of any common surfaces. • Payment for services provided is also contactless. Payment must be made prior to you receiving your completed job either by online banking or Mobile EFTPOS (EFTPOS machine will be cleaned/sanitized before and after use). • Physical distancing will also be strictly adhered to at all times. Remember the 1m & 2m rule. • Don’t forget to scan my QR Code using the NZ COVID Tracer App on your phone when you visit my Office.
